Welcome....

This therapy room is more than just a workspace for me; it’s the result of years of learning, caring, and supporting the community I’ve grown up in. I was born in Birmingham, but the Black Country has been my home for most of my life. It’s where I went to school, where I worked, and where I’ve spent so many years helping others in different ways.

Before becoming a full‑time therapist, I worked in Sandwell Child Protection, and I also volunteered for 12 years as a Special Constable with West Midlands Police, based at Brierley Hill and supporting Kingswinford and the surrounding areas. I spent time as a Youth Worker at Kingswinford Youth Club too — roles that taught me so much about people, resilience, and compassion.

When redundancy came, I decided to invest in myself and follow a path that had always felt natural to me. I returned to study anatomy and physiology and completed my Sports Massage qualification, building on my earlier training in beauty and holistic therapies. Over the years, I’ve worked in many therapy rooms, but with so many closing down, I knew it was time to take a brave step forward.

Opening my own therapy room is a big commitment, but it finally allows me to shape my own future — to create a calm, welcoming space where people can feel supported, listened to, and cared for. Thanks to the loyalty and kindness of my clients, I’m now able to expand my treatments and availability, helping more people feel better in themselves, move more freely, relax deeply, and approach life with a gentler sense of wellbeing.

This room is my little sanctuary — built from experience, community, and heart — and I’m honoured to share it with you. After being made redundant, I decided to further education in anatomy & physiology and complete a Sports Massage qualification as I had already qualified in beauty and other holistic therapies. So after many years of booking room, I have taken the plunge a big financial responsibility so I can now control my own destiny, as unfortunately over the many years of doing therapies, many rooms have closed down due to lack of support but with the kindess of my loyal clientele.

I look to expand on treatments and days to help more people feel better about themselves, move more freely, relax and generally have a better approach to life and your own wellbeing.

I look forward to meeting you.
